We are a company based out of Richmond, Virginia that specializes in creating accurate and comprehensive simple floor plans for engineers, architects, construction businesses, and anyone else who may need them to meet County or City Permit Office requirements.

We operate in the majority of Virginia, and are no stranger to traveling for a job. We primarily complete site scans on the weekends, to ensure little building occupancy and achieve results more efficiently.

Floor plans provided by FloorSite are accurate in most cases down to the inch – well within City or County Permit Office requirements. They include walls, windows, and stationary objects (sinks, cabinetry, etc).

We can provide almost any type of document required, whether it be a CAD file, simple PDF, virtual walk through, and more.

What you receive is based on what you ordered, and will be discussed with a detailed SOW prior to job start.

We can typically provide completed floor plans within one to two weeks after the job start date. However, we cannot make any guarantees do to potential unforeseen issues (locked doors, no building access, etc.).
